I am delighted to let you know that we have introduced the ability to print your rotas directly from the application.
This is an additional print feature to the options that exist for downloading the rota to PDF or Excel.
To print a rota, click on the print icon shown below:
This will launch the browsers print options. We have styled the print layout to carry the rota name, date and headers across into new pages.
On larger rotas with many staff we suggest using the collapsed view of the rota by pressing the collapsed view button before printing. This will give a more "spreadsheet" like view.
If you find that the colours are not displaying properly you may need to enable background colours. This setting can be found under "More Settings" after you have launched the print options.
