Getting Started in 3 easy Steps
Create Your Gig Grafter Account
Go to https://app.giggrafter.com/register and complete the short form and we'll have you scheduling in minutes.
2. Create Your First Rota
On logging in for the first time you will be prompted to create your first rota. Simply give your rota a name and select the appropriate day of the week that your rotas typically start on.
If you schedule staff across different departments within your business then your first rota is essentially the first department.
e.g.
In a hotel or restaurant you may have different teams that work in the Bar, Restaurant or Kitchen.
In a supermarket or convenience store you may have different teams working the Checkouts, replenishing stock on Shop Floor or serving customers in the Deli.
Simply choose one of these departments as your first Rota. You can add additional departments after this step is completed,

You can also optionally assign a budget to the rota at this stage. Skip this step if you haven’t decided upon a budget yet. You can always edit your rota at a later time.
3. Almost There - Just Add Employees
Adding employees to Gig Grafter can be done manually if you have a small team. For larger businesses you can upload your employee list.

Once your employees have been added to Gig Grafter you can select the employees you wish to add to each Rota.
Now your ready to get started scheduling!
