Give employees better visibility of team availability by allowing them to see when colleagues are already off. This can help employees make more informed time off requests and understand availability when viewing the rota.
This feature can be enabled by OWNER or ADMINISTRATOR users.
Navigate to Hello <FirstName> --> Settings --> Rota Settings
Switch ON "Show Employees Who Else is Off".
Rota View
When viewing the rota, employees can see time off records for their colleagues alongside scheduled shifts. This gives them a clearer picture of team availability and who will be working or off on a particular day.
Time Off Requests
When submitting a time off request, employees can see who else is already off on the dates they’ve selected.
This provides useful context before they submit their request and can help reduce the number of requests that may need to be declined due to existing time off.
