All your employees can now access their rotas online through Gig Grafter.
You can choose to invite all staff or limit access to specific employees.
When you grant an employee access to the rota, they will see a read only view of each rota they are included on and they can check their shifts at any time, from anywhere on their mobile or PC.
Invite your employees
Account Owners and Administrators can invite employees from the "Employee" view.
You can choose to "Invite All Employees" in bulk or select individual employees to invite under the "Account Access" column.
Once invited, employees will receive an email with a link to setup their personal log in.

You can see which employees have access to the account by looking at their status in the Employees Tab.
"Employee - Invited" means an invite has been sent but account hasn't been set up
"Employee" means account has been set up and employee has access
Employee rota views
"My Shifts" view
When an employee logs in on a mobile device they will see a summary of their shifts for each week even if they work across more than one rota.
"Full Rota" mobile view
Employee's can switch between "My Shifts" and "Full rota" views by clicking on the menu button on the top left hand of the screen. In doing so they will also be able to see who else is working with them on each day.
Desktop read only view
When employee's login on a PC or laptop they will see a read only view of the rota.
