To initiate a swap login to the application and move to the week of the shift you would like to swap.
On mobile tap the arrows icon on the right side of the shift and confirm.
You can also initiate a shift swap on a desktop by hovering over the selected shift, clicking the menu icon, selecting SWAP SHIFT and clicking confirm.
Colleagues who are available to swap will receive an email notification and will be able to login and offer back any shifts that you could do.

You will receive email notifications as offers are made against your swap.
To view the offers that have been made, log in to the application, tap on the menu located on the top left and select Shift Trades.
You can also view this on a desktop, by clicking on the Shift Trades tab located at the top of the screen.

At a glance you can see how many offers have been made.
Offers Details
Tap on the shift card to view details of the offered shifts.
Accept Offer
If you want to select one of the offers, simply tap on the desired shift and confirm.
Both you and your colleague will receive an email notification confirming the swap and the rota will be automatically updated.
You’ll also be able to see your future confirmed swaps in the "Swaps" Tab in this section.
Revoking Swap Offer
If you change your mind and want to revoke an unconfirmed swap, you can do so by tapping on the three dots on the swap card and selecting "Revoke Swap".
Please note you can only revoke a swap that has not yet been confirmed.
