You’ll receive an email notification if a shift swap is available.
To offer shifts to your colleagues, you simply login to the application, tap on the menu located on the top left and select Shift Trades -> My Swaps -> Requested.
You can also view this on a desktop, by clicking on the Shift Trades tab located at the top of the screen.
To offer your shifts tap on the request and select which shifts you would be open to swapping and send offers.
You can offer one or multiple shifts and the person who requested the swap will get an email notification that an offer has been made.
Change or Revoke Offered Shifts
If you change your mind before the swap has been confirmed, you can change or revoke the shifts you have offered by following the same process and simply deselecting the shift(s) and send the updated offer(s).
Shift Swap Confirmation
It is up to the person who initiated the swap to choose an offer and confirm a swap. If your offer has been selected, you’ll receive an email notification confirming the swap and the rota will be updated automatically.
You’ll also be able to see your future confirmed swaps in the Swaps Tab in this section.
