This feature helps you quickly see whether employees are scheduled in line with their contracted weekly hours.

By setting contracted hours, the system can automatically flag when someone is under, on, or over their target.

The indicator is located in the "Total" hours of your rota and in the Payroll tab.

How to Set-Up

When creating a new employee or editing an existing employee, scroll down to the "Remuneration Details" section of the employee form.

Locate the "Weekly Contracted Hours" field, enter the required number of hours, and save.

Understanding the Indicators

The system uses colour indicators to show, at a glance, how each employee’s scheduled hours compare to their contracted hours.

Amber - Below Contract Hours

The employee is currently scheduled for fewer hours than required.

Hover over the indicator to see their total hours, contracted hours, and how many more hours they need to reach their contacted hours.

Green - Contract Hours Met

The employee’s scheduled hours match their contracted hours.

No action is needed.

Red - Exceeded Contract Hours

The employee is scheduled for more hours than their contract.

Hover over the indicator to view their scheduled hours, contracted hours, and the number of hours by which they have exceeded their contacted hours.
