Manage your schedule on the move by simply using your mobile device.

Just open your preferred mobile browser and go to our website or click HERE.

The website has been designed to adapt to mobile browsing and has an app like look and feel.

Here is a list of things you can do on your mobile:

  • View Rotas

  • Make Changes incl. shift and time off records

  • Manage Time Off requests

  • Publish & Republish Rotas

View Rotas - View daily shifts at a glance.

Tap along the top bar to switch between days.

Use the left and right arrows to move through weeks.

Tap the month name to open a calendar view for fast navigation across past and future weeks or months.

Switch Between Rotas

Tap on the Menu icon in the top left corner.

Tap on "Full Rota" and then select the rota you want to view.

Create Shifts on Mobile

Tap on "+" and "Create Shift".

Choose a date by tapping on the desired day.

Fill in the shift details (role, time, break duration, etc.)

Select employee from the list to assign or leave as "UNASSIGNED" to create an open shift.

Tap "Create Shift" to save.

Edit Shifts or Delete on Mobile

Tap on the shift you want to edit.

Make the required changes e.g. start time, role, assigned employee.

Tap "Update Shift" to save

or

Tap "Delete Shift" to delete.

Publish or Republish Rota

Tap on "Publish Rota" and confirm.

If updates have been made to a previously published rota, tap “Publish X Updates” and confirm to publish changes.

Create Time Off Records

Tap on "+" and "Add Time Off"

Fill in the details (employee, leave type, dates etc.)

Tap "Create Time Off" to save.

Manage Time Off Requests on Mobile

Tap on the request and review information.

Tap "Approve" or "Decline" depending on your decision.
