Notes are visible to all Owners, Administrators, and Rota Managers who manage the specific employee.
Take care to only enter details you are happy to share with these users.
Only Owners and Administrators can create, edit, or delete them.
How to Create Note
You can add a note while editing an employee's profile.
Open "Edit Employee" form, you can do this in two ways:
From Rota View
From Employees Tab
Then scroll down to "Notes for Rota Planning" and type in your note.
Click "Update Employee" to save.
How to Edit Note
To make a change to your note:
1. Open "Edit Employee" form from Rota View or Employees Tab.
2. Make changes to the note.
3. Click "Update Employee".
How to Delete Note
To remove the note:
1. Open "Edit Employee" form from Rota View or Employees Tab.
2. Delete the content of the note field.
3. Click "Update Employee".
