To Publish the Rota:
Click “Publish Rota”.
A confirmation message will appear — click “Publish” to confirm.
Note: Each rota must be published individually (e.g. per week or department/location).
The Publish button will update to show that the rota is live.
All assigned employees will automatically receive email and SMS notifications with their upcoming shifts.
Editing a Published Rota
If you make changes to a rota after it's been published:
The Publish button will change color to indicate there are unpublished updates.
Shifts that have been modified will display a small red triangle in the top corner.
To notify affected employees:
Click the Publish button again to republish.
Only employees with updated shifts will receive notifications.
