How we handle data removal

Data is captured via our website and punch clock app. It is our policy to only hold the minimum data required for our systems to function and only store for as long as is necessary.

As an employee your employment related data, including your personal data, is entered by your account ADMINISTRATOR and through your interactions on our punch clock app (Clock in/out, start/stop rest breaks).

Request Data Deletion

To request your data to be deleted please contact your account administrator. Your account administrator can remove all of your details. Our system holds nightly data backups on a rolling 7 day period. After your data is removed via our web application it will be permanently removed from all of our systems and backups after 7 days. After this time it will no longer be retrievable.

Facial Images

When you clock in and out of work via our punch clock app, depending on the account settings, a facial image may be captured. This image is automatically, permanently deleted after 60 days.

Please Note: Your employer may be required to store some of your employment related data for a period of time to meet local legislative requirements. You should discuss this with your account administrator.
