A detailed report on all your Payroll Data

This export option has been created to give you a detailed report on all your Payroll Data - ideal as a data back up or for additional reporting.

If you're looking to export your data for payroll processing please click here.

Select Date Range

When on the payroll view click on the date picker.

Select the start and end date for your chosen pay period.

All shift, clock and pay records for this date range will be loaded into view and your data is now ready to be exported to CSV.

Export

Click on the arrow on the Standard Export button to open a drop-down menu and select "Export All Data".

The report will include information on the scheduled shift including the assigned rota and role, clock hours breakdown including breaks and total pay hours.

It will also include clock records for employees with no assigned shift.

Column A - Payroll ID (if available)

Column B & C - First and Last Name of the Employee

Information on Scheduled Shift

Column D & E - Scheduled Shift Start and End Time

Column F & G - Name of the Rota and Role

Column H - Scheduled Unpaid Break Duration

Column I - Scheduled Total Shift Duration minus the Unpaid Break

Information on Clocked Hours

Column J - Time of Clock In

Column K & L - Time of Clock In and Out of Break

You might have additional columns if more than 1 clocked break is taken.

Column M - Total Clocked Break Duration

Column N - Time of Clock Out

Column O - Total Clock Hours

Information on Pay Hours

Column P & Q - Start and End of Pay Hours

Column R - Total Deduction for Unpaid Break

Column S - Total of Pay Hours

This report can give you valuable insight into your business and can be used to compare data, identify problems or opportunities, monitor working hours between rotas or simply be kept as a record of activities.
