When an employee submits a leave requests all OWNER and ADMINISTRATOR users will be notified by email and through the web application.
ROTA MANAGER users will also be notified when staff that they manage submit requests.
In order to help with the decision to approve or decline the request, notifications will include a list of other staff with overlapping time off.
When a manager logs into the system they can view "Pending" requests both in the rota view and notifications list.
The manage can choose to APPROVE or DECLINE the request.
They can optionally include a reason when declining a request.
The employee will be notified of the decision.
