Gig Grafter’s Punch Clock app can be used on any Apple iPad or Android Tablet and is available to download from the App Store or Google Play.
To download the Punch Clock App simply search for “Gig Grafter Punch Clock App”
Please Note
We recommend that you create a NEW Google or Apple Account to download the Punch Clock App to your tablet rather than using a personal Google or Apple Account.
We recommend that you do this as these devices will be used by other employees and may be positioned in public areas of your business.
Activating Punch Clock Service
Before you can use the Punch Clock App you first need to activate the Punch Clock Service.
To activate the punch clock service you need to be an account owner or administrator
Step 1
Login to your Gig Grafter Account on your computer or laptop
Step 2
Access Settings by clicking on your name at the top right hand corner of your page
Step 3
Click the Products tab and activate Punch Clock.

Once you have activated your Punch Clock you will have the option to select PIN or Pin+Image. This relates to how your employees are identified by the system as they clock in and out of their shifts.

Payroll Reconciliation and Management
When your Punch Clock service has been activated you will also see a new Payroll Settings tab appear in the Settings and Payroll tab on your top-level navigation.
