To enable Shift Swaps, navigate to "Hello <First Name>" and click on "Settings", and then "Rota Settings".
Click on the toggle by "Enable Shift Swaps" to activate this feature.

Prevent Swaps from Different Calendar Years
If this option is turned ON, the system will only let employees to swap shifts within the current calendar year.
If this option is turned OFF, employees will be free to swap shifts in different calendar years e.g. shift on 12th December 2025 with a shift on 24th February 2026.
Swap Acceptance Notice Period
You can set the minimum amount of time before a shift starts that a swap must be accepted by both parties.
Example:
If set to 24 hours, the person who initiated must accept the swap at least 24 hours before the shift start time.
If a swap is attempted too close to the shift start (e.g., 12 hours before), the system would reject it.
Managers can still manually arrange updates to the schedule.
Trade Expiring Notice Period
You can set the amount of time in advance that employees will be notified if trades offered for their shift swap are soon expiring.
Example:
If set to 24 hours, a shift starting on Friday at 2 PM that is offered for trade will expire on Thursday at 2 PM if it's not accepted.
