Review and report on paid holidays to help achieve compliance, gain operational insights, and promote fair and balanced leave for employees.
To access paid holidays reports navigate to the Employees Tab > Reports > Paid Holiday
First select the date range to review.
Click on the date picker, and choose the start and end date.
Employees with any paid "Annual Leave" records within the selected date range will be displayed.
At a glance you'll see the total number of paid days and total number of paid hours for each employee.
Paid Holidays Summary Report
To download the summary of all paid holidays within the chosen date range, simply click on the download icon. This will be downloaded as a csv file.
Individual Paid Holidays Report
To review an individual employee's records click to expand.
The system will provide a detailed list of dates and hours paid for the period.
To download an individual employee's report within the chosen date range, simply click on the download icon. This will be downloaded as a csv file.
